At the Practical Sanctuary, we value action over talk and looking after your wellbeing is a priority. Mind, body and soul is the things you are born with and the things you have control over throughout your life. Therefore, we believe that everyone can take control and a step forward in a postiive way.
Inspired by Mark Manson, author of "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck, to really appreciate what you actually care about and do something about it. Here are 16 statements to take action: 1. Your body will no longer forgive you for the crap you got away with in your 20s.
