About Us

​Over his 20+ years career in various industries such as advertising, finance and retail he experienced highly stressful working environments and fatigue causing negative impact to his health.

Having seen chiropractors, doctors, therapists - they all provided temporary relief. Some conditions even returned causing him to search elsewhere for answers.

​

After being unable to sleep for almost 3 months and no options, Tim turned to Tai Chi and Qi Gong and remarkably after only 2 weeks of daily practice regained full sleep.

​

Since then he has trained to be: 
- A certified Yang Style MDA Tai Chi instructor for health

- A certified Qi Gong practitioner

- An ICF acredited Transformative Life Coach

- A Reiki Level One Practitioner - Usui Lineage

Upon his journey, he has developed a series of beneficiary low impact techniques and methods to build a strong, healthy body with practice that will protect you every day and remain strong into your old age.

He has founded The Practical Sanctuary to help guide others from ancient teachings with a blend of western and eastern applicable methods to use in today's modern society.
